Our Garment Manufacturing Infrastructure
Our business is committed to making ongoing investments in order to produce items of the highest calibre. In our manufacturing divisions, we have made major investments in cutting-edge, specialised infrastructure and contemporary technology. Our corporate facility in Nathampalayam is equipped with cutting-edge infrastructure. Additionally, we have integrated facilities for cutting, designing, embroidery, printing, and sewing. We have invested in an ETON conveyor system that automates the sewing assembly line and manages workflow through productivity assessment.
Knitting
We have a fleet of 9 Importer Circular knitted machines from Mayer & Cie Made in Germany with various gauges and diameter through which we can be able to produce Jersey’s, 4 Track Designs.
Washing
We have advanced washing machines installed which is able to process. Enzyme Wash, Acid Wash, Cold Pigment Dyeing and Tie And Dye. In garment form as well as cut panels.
Embroidery
More strength for a Vertical manufacturing setup supplier. We installed four TAJIMA branded embroidery machines, which is a convertible for sequins embroidery. Production capacity is 6000 pieces
Printing
We have a robust production setup with advanced machinery to meet the demands of our customers. Our printing department is equipped with two MHM printing and Machine printing three.
Cutting
Use fabric shears or a rotary cutter to cut along the edges of the pattern pieces. Follow the cutting lines precisely and cut through both the fabric and any interfacing or lining if indicated on the pattern.
Garment manufacturing
Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is equipped with Latest technology sewing machines (JUKI make) to improve productivity at a minimum cost. Production capacity 1,00,000 Pcs per month
Packaging
We are now fully equipped to serve different clientele thanks to our most recent business venture, the manufacture of carton boxes. a daily production capacity of 1000 boxes.
Finishing
Because customer satisfaction depends on garment finishing, it is crucial. Garments are finished by pressing, folding, and packing. The finishing department receives products that have been sewn.
